Only level your relics up to 6/9, since anything more than that is too expensive at this point. If you have a Speed boots relic put it on Gepard to make up for his slow speed. Use Gepard and Natasha as Skill point generators until you need healing, and use Gepard ult whenever it's up Seele wants a lot of SP since she's very fast and has resets. (Basically always position your team as DPS/Support/Healer/Tank, to minimize AoE damage) Be mindful of your positioning too, put Gepard in one edge of the team next to Natasha, and Seele on the other extreme with Welt next to her, that way when enemies use splash attacks it'll hit only Gepard and Natasha, who are the tankier members you have. Seele is enough for a damage dealer in SU, so Welt, Natasha and Gepard are nice teammates.
If you don't care about speed I'd say add Natasha instead of MC to ensure you have some backup safety for when Gepard doesn't get his ult on time.
